A team player — through and through
As an administrator, it is important to you to keep data maintenance costs to a minimum. We're constantly working to integrate more interfaces to achieve just that. With goconut, you only have administrative tasks when something changes to your floor plan — otherwise everything runs smoothly.
SCIM synchronization
Manage all user data in one place
goconut offers an interface to Microsoft Entra ID (formerly: Azure Active Directory) so that you can integrate the company's central user pool and centrally manage permissions. Single sign-on (SSO) is possible for users.
Room and resource calendar
Bidirectional interface to M365, Exchange & Google Workspace
goconut provides a graph API interface to the room & resource calendars in M365/Outlook. In addition, on-premise exchange environments can be connected to synchronize this data. For these interfaces, we need a user with delegated access to the resources to be synchronized. Finally, we also offer an interface to Google Workspace.

Perfect day planning for your colleagues
Users can also connect to their personal calendar via Google and Microsoft to see their work locations and appointments in one central location.
The availability data is used for our Meeting Guru to automatically suggest suitable meetings.
Data protection
GDPR-compliant & ISO 27001 certified
goconut only collects really necessary data, including the email address as well as the last and first name. All bookings are carried out pseudonymized and cannot be traced by the company. Statistics are always anonymous and do not allow conclusions to be drawn about the working habits of individual employees.
